Sound Bath
1-2-1 Session I 60 min I £60
Group Session I 60 min I £14.99
A sound bath with sound bowls is an immersive sound healing session where participants “bathe” in the vibrations and tones produced by instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, voice and other resonant instruments.
During a session, participants typically lie down or sit comfortably while the practitioner plays the instruments, allowing the sound to envelop them completely. The vibrations can be both audible and felt physically, as the harmonic tones travel through tissues, bones, and fluids, creating a deeply grounding and immersive experience. This can help release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of emotional clarity and balance.
The experience is designed to be passive and receptive: participants do not need to actively “do” anything but simply allow themselves to be present with the sounds. Many people report feeling deeply relaxed, emotionally refreshed, and mentally clear afterward, making it a powerful tool for stress reduction, self-reflection, and holistic healing. At its core, a sound bath is an embodied encounter with sound, where vibration and resonance are used intentionally to promote balance, presence, and a sense of connection between body, mind, and environment.
Sound Massage
1-2-1 Session I 60 min I £60
During a sound massage, singing bowls are gently placed on and around the body and played in a considered, attentive way. When the bowls are activated, their vibrations travel through the body’s tissues, fluids, and bones. Rather than being something you only hear, the sound is felt physically, allowing the body to enter a deep state of relaxation.
Tuning forks are also used, either activated near the body or gently placed on specific points. They produce precise frequencies that help support grounding, focus, and balance. The combination of bowls and tuning forks works to calm the nervous system, release held tension, and invite the body into a state of rest and receptivity.
Sound massage does not require any effort from the receiver. It is a passive, listening-based experience, where sound becomes a form of touch. Many people experience a sense of deep calm, emotional release, altered perception of time, or a meditative state.
At its core, sound massage works with the idea that the body responds naturally to rhythm and vibration. By using carefully chosen frequencies and intentional listening, the practice supports relaxation, emotional regulation, and reconnection with the body.
