Immersive Sound Journey & Sauna | Creative Wellbeing @ Sauna Social Club Peckham

The session will start with 1 hour's access to the Sauna and Ice baths to throw off the stresses of the day. Tilda will then lead a 45 minute sound healing session in the lounge.

Tilda is a Swedish sound artist, singer, and music producer based in South East London whose work explores the transformative power of vibration, voice, and resonance. Through immersive sound journeys, she creates spaces for deep rest, emotional release, and reconnection with the body.

Drawing from both ancient traditions and contemporary sonic practice, Tilda works with Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drums, natural sound textures, and the human voice. Influenced by Scandinavian vocal traditions such as kulning, she treats the voice as a powerful instrument for resonance and healing.
